At Harambe Pod Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because all of our products are custom print-on-demand items made to order, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns.
All sales are final unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We will issue a full refund or free replacement within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives:
- Damaged: Visible tears, holes, or print defects caused during production or shipping
- Defective: Misaligned print, faded colors, or poor print quality not shown in product photos
- Incorrect item: Wrong product, design, or size shipped
- Lost in transit: Package never arrives after 30 days from shipment (with tracking confirmation)
Not Eligible for Refund
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Wrong size ordered: Please check our size chart carefully before ordering. Each product page includes detailed measurements.
- Change of mind: We cannot accept returns if you simply no longer want the item.
- Items worn, washed, or altered: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Color variation: Slight color differences between screen display and physical product due to monitor settings.
- Delayed delivery: Standard shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather events outside our control.
- Stolen packages: Once marked "delivered" by the carrier, we are not liable. Please contact the carrier or file a police report.
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund or replacement request:
- Email us at hello@harambehq.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Attach photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with next steps.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Replacement items are produced and shipped within 5–10 business days at no extra cost.
- We do not charge restocking fees.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly. You may request cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@harambehq.com. After 2 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as production may have already begun.
