1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products & Orders

All products are print-on-demand ("POD") items. Each product is made to order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it merely confirms receipt.

3. Payment

We accept payment via Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Typical POD production takes 2–7 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for loss or theft. Please contact the carrier directly.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made to order, all sales are final unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligible Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect item shipped

To initiate a return, contact us at support@yourstore.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered (please check our size chart before ordering)
  • Change of mind
  • Items worn, washed, or altered

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Harambe Pod Store or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content: By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to our Site or social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
